How does the buyback guarantee work?

The buyback guarantee lets a buyer sell the car back to Kamdhenu Cars at an agreed amount within two years of purchase. These are the published conditions:

• Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Distance limit of 15,000 km for sedans and SUVs, and 5,000 km for sports cars, counted from the odometer reading at purchase.
• No accident while the buyer owns the car.
• The car must not be involved in any legal case.
• The car must be in a similar condition to when it was bought.
• Payment is a 10% advance on delivery of the car, with the balance within 60 days of the buyer asking to use the offer.
• If the manufacturer cuts the new car price, the buyback amount is revised in proportion.
